As part of its Protect Your Pin Pad campaign, Interac Association has released an updated checklist for ATM operators.

As a member of Interac, Canadian Central is pleased to present the checklist that gives helpful advice on what to look for to tell if a machine has been tampered with, or whether cameras or other devices have been installed that might be used to obtain PIN numbers.

If you do spot something suspicious, the checklist recommends not touching the device and calling police and your service provider. The complete checklist is available here
